Het Sustainability & Expertise Center ondersteunt BNG en haar klanten bij het managen van ESG impact en risico's. Werk jij graag aan duurzame, data gedreven en compliant oplossingen? En krijg je energie van het ontwikkelen van ESG beleid en het realiseren van schaalbare proposities in samenwerking met ketens, Risk en IT? Dan is deze rol iets voor jou. Wat ga je doen? Als Product Manager Sustainability & Expertise Center geef je richting aan ESG beleid en de vertaling daarvan naar de praktijk. Je ontwikkelt en realiseert de ESG strategie van BNG en werkt aan raamwerken, datadefinities en processen die voldoen aan wet en regelgeving en bijdragen aan maatschappelijke impact. Daarbij heb je speciale aandacht voor de klantsectoren waar BNG actief in is. Je stelt ESG beleid op en coördineert de implementatie daarvan binnen de ketens. Daarbij bewaak je compliance, risicobeheersing en datakwaliteit en ondersteun je klantketens met expertise en tooling. Ook ben je betrokken bij ESG projecten, dashboards en key controls. Daarnaast ontwikkel en deel je een heldere visie op ESG thema's, zowel intern als extern. Je draagt bij aan sector overleggen, analyses en het maatschappelijk debat en helpt ESG kennis en vakmanschap binnen BNG verder te versterken. Jouw werkplek Je rapporteert aan de Head of Value Chain Sustainability & Expertise Center en werkt in een team van zes Product Managers.
