Je bepaalt hoe het productportfolio voor de internationale legsector zich de komende jaren ontwikkelt. Je staat op het snijvlak van markt en engineering: je haalt inzichten op bij klanten, integratoren en andere marktpartijen en vertaalt deze naar concrete productstrategieën en ontwikkelvoorstellen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar technische mogelijkheden, maar ook naar marktpotentieel, prijsstelling en rendement. Zo geef je richting aan de producten en systemen waarmee Chore-Time ook in de toekomst onderscheidend blijft. Je kent de markt, begrijpt wat klanten nodig hebben en vertaalt deze inzichten naar een heldere productvisie en roadmap. Daarbij vorm je de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, sales, marketing en engineering. Je kijkt vooruit, onderbouwt keuzes met marktdata en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe en bestaande producten aantoonbare waarde toevoegen voor klanten én Chore-Time. Je volgt ontwikkelingen in de internationale pluimveemarkt en vertaalt verwachtingen voor de korte en lange termijn naar een heldere productstrategie en roadmap. Je onderhoudt actief contact met klanten en integratoren, onderzoekt marktbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar concrete productvereisten, specificaties en prioriteiten. Je stuurt de volledige productlevenscyclus: van nieuwe productconcepten en doorontwikkeling tot het gefaseerd uit de markt nemen en vervangen van bestaande productlijnen.
