WAT JE GAAT DOEN - Functioneel eigenaarschap van CPQ als strategisch product Je beheert CPQ op productniveau en bent verantwoordelijk voor de roadmap, prioritering en besluitvorming over nieuwe functionaliteiten. Je borgt dat de CPQ-omgeving aansluit op de technologische en commerciële strategie van DMN-WESTINGHOUSE. - Leiden van de Customer Portal-implementatie Je vertegenwoordigt de business tijdens de selectie en implementatie van de Customer Portal. Je bewaakt de functionele samenhang met CPQ en zorgt dat de oplossing aansluit bij de behoeften van gebruikers en de bedrijfsdoelstellingen. - Samenwerken met CPQ-specialisten binnen Engineering Je vertaalt product-, markt- en gebruikersinzichten naar duidelijke en eenduidige specificaties. Jij bepaalt wat er gerealiseerd moet worden en waarom. De CPQ-specialisten bepalen hoe dit technisch wordt ingericht en geïmplementeerd. - Ophalen en vertalen van gebruikersfeedback Je verzamelt actief feedback bij Sales Offices, Engineering, key accounts en andere gebruikers. Je analyseert deze input, vertaalt deze naar concrete requirements en stelt heldere prioriteiten om de CPQ-omgeving continu te verbeteren. - Afstemming met IT over integraties Je stemt met IT af over procesflows, datakoppelingen en systeemintegraties. Je bewaakt de functionele behoeften en prioriteiten; IT is verantwoordelijk voor de technisch inhoudelijke uitwerking en architectuur. Je bewaakt de scheiding tussen functioneel eigenaarschap en technische implementatie en laat technische keuzes bij de daarvoor verantwoordelijke specialist...
