Als Product Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de optimalisatie en de verdere uitbouw van ons productgamma.

Je volgt marktontwikkelingen op de voet, behandelt technische klantvragen en vertaalt feedback en klachten naar concrete verbeteracties. Zo zorg je ervoor dat onze producten blijvend voldoen aan de verwachtingen van de markt en aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Productportfolio

  • Je analyseert marktontwikkelingen en concurrentiegegevens en bepaalt welke producten prioritair aan ons gamma worden toegevoegd om een optimale marktafdekking te garanderen.
  • Je beheert en analyseert technische OE-informatie en beoordeelt of deze aansluit bij het bestaande portfolio of aanleiding geeft tot de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten.
  • Je houdt de Sidem-productcatalogus actueel en volledig.
  • Je beheert en verrijkt het PIM-platform met correcte en kwalitatieve productinformatie.
  • Je ondersteunt Sales en Marketing met technische expertise, productcontent en ondersteuning tijdens beurzen, evenementen en andere commerciële activiteiten.

Productkwaliteit en innovatie

  • Je behandelt en onderzoekt klachten die verband houden met productontwikkeling, productie of leveranciers en neemt initiatieven om structurele oplossingen uit te werken.
  • Je benchmarkt de kwaliteit van onze producten tegenover OE-onderdelen en deze van de concurrentie.
  • Je levert technische input met betrekking tot kritische producteigenschappen, nieuwe ontwerpen en verbeteropportuniteiten.
  • Je volgt markt- en technologische trends op en formuleert innovatieve voorstellen die bijdragen aan een hogere klanttevredenheid en een sterkere marktpositie.

· Je bent een sterke technische en analytische professional met een achtergrond in de automotive sector.

· Je werkt graag nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.

· Je denkt commercieel en bent klantgericht;

· Je werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders.

· Je bent proactief en steeds op zoek naar verbetering en vernieuwing.
