Als Productmanager Business Lending ben je verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch beheren van onze zakelijke financieringsportefeuille. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren en toekomst bestendig maken én houden van onze producten, processen, policies en systemen. Wat ga je doen? Als expert in jouw vakgebied en domein stel je proactief verbeterinitiatieven vast en implementeer je deze in een agile werkomgeving. Daarnaast monitor, analyseer en implementeer je bestaande en aankomende regelgeving, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met Risk, Legal en Compliance. Als kennishouder en vertegenwoordiger van het team neem je deel aan teamoverstijgende overleggen en werkzaamheden. Je bent in staat om end-to-end belangrijke wijzigingen door te voeren en te coördineren in onze processen, systemen en beleid, en je vertaalt business wensen en toezichtvereisten naar heldere requirements voor IT. Je leidt complexe productontwikkelingen en wijzigingen van grote omvang met een hoge mate van innovatie, waarbij je zelfstandig beslissingen durft te nemen binnen de gestelde kaders en actief bijdraagt aan de ontwikkeling van Business Lending. Dankzij jouw scherpe inzicht in de verhoudingen tussen de verschillende disciplines en bedrijfsprocessen weet je alle belangen effectief samen te brengen en te verbinden.
