Procesautomatisering → Aandrijfsystemen → Waterbehandeling → Product Manager Drives Als ervaren Product Manager Drives bepaal je de koers voor onze aandrijfoplossingen voor de internationale glastuinbouw en veehouderij. Je verzamelt actief informatie uit de markt en vertaalt klantbehoeften, technologie en commerciële kansen naar een heldere productstrategie, roadmap en sterke positionering. Jouw rol Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en prestaties van het Drives-assortiment. Van bestaande aandrijfmotoren tot nieuwe producten die we de komende jaren op de markt brengen. Je bepaalt waarin we investeren, welke producten we verder ontwikkelen en hoe we deze succesvol in de markt zetten. Daarvoor zit je niet alleen achter je bureau. Je voert gesprekken met klanten, bezoekt internationale beurzen en werkt nauw samen met onze commerciële teams om inzicht te krijgen in wat er in de markt speelt. Die inzichten vertaal je naar concrete keuzes voor onze strategie en onze portefeuille. Als stagiair ben je de spil tussen Verkoop, Productontwikkeling, Techniek, Service, Marketing en de toeleveringsketen. Je brengt verschillende disciplines samen, zorgt voor draagvlak en zorgt ervoor dat ideeën daadwerkelijk tot resultaat leiden. Wat ga je doen? - Het ontwikkelen van de productstrategie, positionering en roadmap voor Drives. - Inzichten verwerven bij klanten en op internationale markten, en deze vertalen naar commerciële en strategische keuzes. - Prioriteiten stellen bij productontwikkelingen en het opstellen en bewaken van businesscases. - Het coördineren van productintroducties en het zorgen voor een sterke en onderscheidende marktpositie. - Sturen op omzet, marge, kostprijs en prestaties gedurende de gehele levenscyclus van het product.
