If you're a proactive, pragmatic Product Manager who thinks a few steps ahead, works fluently with designers and engineers, and brings a bit of fun to the work along the way, the Product Manager role at TBAuctions might be for you. About the role You will join the buyer-facing (B2B and B2C) side of our auction platforms, e.g. troostwijkauctions.com . Our goal is to create a great customer experience across the full buyer journey, from discovering an item to placing a bid, to winning and paying. You'll own product work that spans multiple brands and regions across Europe. What you will do • Own and shape parts of the Storefront product roadmap across Troostwijk, Vavato and Surplex, and decide where to invest based on data and what customers actually need • Think in journeys, not features: follow the buyer from finding an item through bidding, winning and paying, and improve the moments that matter most • Work hand in hand with design and engineering across discovery, definition, delivery and validation - you co-create, you don't hand off • Run discovery to understand the real problem before jumping to solutions, and turn what you learn into a clear, sequenced plan • Partner with data, marketing, CRM and commercial teams to align on direction and keep everyone in the loop on priorities • Balance new improvements against keeping platforms already live across multiple brands and regions stable and fast What you bring You're proactive in thinking ahead and act early, you see what's coming for the customer and start moving before anyone asks you to.
