Aufgabenbearbeitung zuständig. Wir suchen 1 Product Manager:in (m/w/d)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams bieten wir einer engagierten und selbständig arbeitende Persönlichkeit die Chance in einem vielseitigen Aufgabengebiet. In dieser Position sind Sie als Mitglied unserer Abteilung Agiles Product Management für das Produkt Portfolio und Steuerung von Projekten, Gestaltung des agilen Zusammenarbeitsmodells und der Förderung des Agilen Mindsets innerhalb des Unternehmens verantwortlich.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Verständnis und übergreifende Projektkoordination von Business Anforderungen in Einklang mit der Geschäftsstrategie/-vision

* Mitgestaltung von Produktvision, Strategie und Roadmap in Zusammenarbeit mit den Business Owners und der Geschäftsführung

* Ausrichtung der Prioritäten durch Abstimmung mit Business Ownern und Product Ownern zur Maximierung des Business Values

* Verwaltung, Priorisierung und Projektcontrolling des Product Portfolio Backlogs

* Unterstützung bei der Evaluierung und Auswahl geeigneter Softwarelösungen für fachliche Anforderungen

* Angebots- und Vertragsgestaltung für externen Dienstleistern mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern

* Agiles Zusammenarbeitsmodell nach SAFE fördern und weiterentwickeln

* Gestaltung und Steuerung des Anforderungsprozesses

* Organisation, Durchführung und Moderation von SAFE-Zeremonien

* Koordination und Unterstützung der Business Owner in ihrer Rolle sowie Förderung des agilen Mindsets

* Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung abteilungsinterner KI-Prozesse entlang des Anforderungsprozesses

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche und/ oder technische Ausbildung - Ausbildungsschwerpunkt im Bereich Versicherungswesen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung von mindestens 2-3 Jahren

* Erfahrung mit agilen Zusammenarbeits- Entwicklungsmethoden (z.B. SAFE, Scrum)

* Erfahrung mit komplexen Projektkoordinationen

* Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit KI-Anwendungen von Vorteil

* Zertifizierung als Scrum Master / Agiler Coach von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau B2)

* Ausgezeichnete MS-Office Kenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse in Prozessmanagement sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

* Analytisches Denken und Technisches Grundverständnis

* Kundenorientiertes Denken, Flexibilität und Teamgeist

* Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Konfliktlösungsvermögen

* Eigenständige strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Prioritätensetzung sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken
