Al meer dan 55 jaar richt Duynie zich op één doel: het creëren van nieuwe waarde uit reststromen in de voedingsmiddelen-, dranken- en biobrandstoffenindustrie. Altijd vanuit een ondernemersgeest en met passie voor wat we doen. Duynie divisie Feed is dé leverancier van vochtrijke diervoeders voor de rundvee- en varkenshouderij. Met een circulaire visie en een sterk netwerk van productiepartners zetten wij reststromen om in hoogwaardige veevoer producten. Voor onze klanten in Belgie en Nederland en zoeken wij een ondernemende Product Manager Rundvee. Jouw rol: In deze functie combineer je commerciële verantwoordelijkheid voor een eigen regio met een brede rol in de ontwikkeling van onze rundvee-activiteiten binnen de Benelux. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klanten en resultaten, én speelt een actieve rol in het versterken van de commerciële organisatie. Je draagt bij aan kennisuitwisseling tussen Nederland en België en ontwikkelt je richting een rol met meer verantwoordelijkheid, waaronder het optreden als back-up voor verkoopleiders. Wat ga je doen? Commercieel (regio Noordwest-België & Zuidwest-Nederland) - Je onderhoudt en ontwikkelt relaties met bestaande klanten en bouwt actief aan nieuwe samenwerkingen met rundvee- en geitenhouders; - Je weet klanten te overtuigen van de meerwaarde van onze producten en hebt een sterke commerciële drive: je ziet kansen, wilt deals maken en realiseert deze ook daadwerkelijk. Ook onder druk ben je in staat om effectief te onderhandelen en tot resultaat te komen; - Je beweegt je comfortabel in een aanbod gestuurde markt en weet vraag en aanbod effectief op elkaar af te stemmen; - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit sales, logistiek en productie en legt ontwikkelingen en klantcontacten v...
