Opdracht Product-owner Utrecht 36 uur Interim DE FUNCTIE Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de realisatie en implementatie van wensen voor onze klanten, uiteraard binnen het beschikbare change budget én de delivery afspraken die je met jouw klanten hebt gemaakt. Als spil in de changeketen bespreek je wijzigingsverzoeken met jouw stakeholders, zorg je met de agile teams voor een goed realisatieplan en stel je prioriteiten in de backlog van jouw teams. Je weet als geen ander dat het realiseren en implementeren van changes een heel dynamisch proces is en je zorgt ervoor dat jouw teams en stakeholders goed geïnformeerd zijn en blijven over wijzigingen in de backlogs. HET PROFIEL Je bent van nature een organisator en hebt altijd als doel voor ogen om het gewenste resultaat te bereiken. Dit doe je door een goede samenwerking te creëren tussen alle stakeholders. Je bent duidelijk over je eigen standpunt en je staat voor gemaakte keuzes. Afspraken kom je na en je zorgt dat dit ook geldt voor toezeggingen vanuit jouw agile teams. Je bent optimistisch, straalt vertrouwen uit en brengt rust in de dagelijkse hectiek. De behoeften van de in- en externe klant staan constant centraal. In een continue veranderende omgeving behoud jij het overzicht en weet je structuur aan te brengen. Verder heb je: - Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau; - 3 - 5 jaar ervaring als product-owner en/of een relevante functie; - Ervaring met het aansturen van complexe ICT-projecten in een agile omgeving; - Houd je van een dynamische omgeving met veelvuldig klantcontact; - Heb je ervaring binnen de financiële dienstverlening; - Een certificering als product-owneris een pré.
