BlueTrail Product Owner Den Haag 40u p/w 12 maanden Functieomschrijving Voor TNO zijn wij op zoek naar een Product Owner die richting geeft aan twee DevOps-teams. Deze teams dragen bij aan een beheersbaar, wendbaar, efficiënt en veilig applicatielandschap voor TNO. Als Product Owner vertaal je de behoeften vanuit de organisatie naar een heldere productvisie, roadmap en duidelijke prioriteiten. Daarbij stuur je continu op maximale businesswaarde en zorg je ervoor dat de teams werken aan oplossingen die daadwerkelijk bijdragen aan de doelstellingen en uitdagingen van TNO. Je werkt met twee DevOps-teams die ieder in een andere ontwikkelfase zitten. Het team Tooling & Automation, gericht op monitoring, logging, ITSM en AIOps, bevindt zich in de opstartfase. Hier krijg je de mogelijkheid om vanaf de basis mee te bouwen aan de productrichting, de roadmap vorm te geven en deel te nemen aan PI-events. Het tweede team is een applicatieontwikkelteam dat ongeveer een jaar bestaat en verantwoordelijk is voor de verdere ontwikkeling van bedrijfsapplicaties. Je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders, eindgebruikers en developers, prioriteert de backlog en zorgt ervoor dat de teams zich richten op de juiste oplossingen. Werkzaamheden Als Product Owner: - maximaliseer je waarde in plaats van features en koppel je ieder backlog-item aan een concreet bedrijfsresultaat; - bewaak je de productvisie en roadmap vanuit de strategische doelen van TNO; - breng je focus aan in het groeipad van applicaties en platformen, waaronder Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, ITSM-tooling en Splunk; - organiseer je demo's om draagvlak te creëren en verwachtingen te managen; - verbind je stakeholders, eindgebruikers en developers; - prioriteer je continu en weeg je belangen, budget en risico's tegen elkaar af; - durf je nee te zeggen wanneer een initiatief de business niet vooruithelpt; - maak je voortgang en geleverde waarde zichtbaar met bijvoorbeeld sto...
