NL Product Owner Established Utrecht Vast Bedrijfsprofiel Een goede partner van ons is een snelgroeiende EdTech-organisatie met circa 70 medewerkers. Binnen de organisatie werken meerdere opleiders samen op één centraal en schaalbaar leerplatform, dat het hart vormt van de organisatie. Technologie speelt hierin een sleutelrol. Het platform wordt continu doorontwikkeld en uitgebreid met nieuwe functionaliteiten, opleidingen en toepassingen. Niet voor niets behoort deze organisatie tot de marktleiders binnen de EdTech-sector. Om verdere groei mogelijk te maken, wordt de Technology-afdeling actief opgeschaald, met een duidelijke focus op het versterken van het Product Owner-team. Binnen deze afdeling werken Product Owners nauw samen met developers, data-specialisten en IT in multidisciplinaire teams. De lijnen met de business zijn kort en Product Owners hebben een stevige eigen positie, met veel verantwoordelijkheid voor richting, prioritering en productkeuzes. De cultuur is professioneel en nuchter, met veel aandacht voor inhoud, samenwerking en eigenaarschap. Er wordt hybride gewerkt, met één vaste dag per week op kantoor, en veel vertrouwen en ruimte om je rol zelfstandig in te vullen. De Rol In deze rol ben je eigenaar van de digitale producten die professionals helpen om examens te doen en certificaten te behalen. Denk aan het hele traject: iemand schrijft zich in, doet een toets, krijgt een resultaat en ontvangt een certificaat. Jij zorgt dat dat soepel, betrouwbaar en gebruiksvriendelijk werkt. Het leuke én uitdagende: elke opdrachtgever heeft zijn eigen regels en processen. Jij bepaalt wat er gebouwd wordt en zorgt dat je niet voor elke klant iets nieuws maakt, maar slimme oplossingen bedenkt die breed inzetbaar zijn.
