Als Product Owner Back-end Services geef je richting aan een breed scala aan technische diensten binnen Platform Services. Denk aan cloudinfrastructuur en connectiviteit. Deze diensten maken het mogelijk om applicaties, data en infrastructuur in de cloud te ontwikkelen, beheren en hosten. Je vertaalt de strategie van Menzis naar een duidelijke productvisie en roadmap. Je bepaalt prioriteiten, stemt af met teams en leveranciers en bewaakt de continuïteit, kwaliteit en financiën van jouw diensten. Je hoeft zelf geen techneut te zijn. Wel begrijp je hoe de diensten waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent werken. Daardoor kun je goed schakelen met technische teams en de juiste keuzes maken. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - je maakt en bewaakt de productvisie en roadmap; - je bepaalt prioriteiten en zorgt voor een duidelijke backlog; - je stemt af met stakeholders, teams en externe leveranciers; - je stelt doelen op voor de kwartaalplanning en bewaakt de resultaten; - je bewaakt continuïteit, kwaliteit, risico's en financiële beheersing; - je werkt nauw samen met andere Product Owners en Team Leads. Wat breng je mee? Je kunt verschillende belangen goed tegen elkaar afwegen en durft keuzes te maken. Je werkt resultaatgericht en krijgt mensen mee in veranderingen. Ook onder tijdsdruk houd je overzicht. Verder heb je: - ruime ervaring als Product Owner en met het maken van productvisies en roadmaps; - ervaring met agile teams en het aansturen van externe leveranciers; - ervaring met businesscases, besluitvorming en budgetverantwoordelijkheid; - affiniteit met IT-infrastructuur, cloudplatformen en connectiviteit; - voldoende kennis van deze diensten om richting te geven en goede keuzes ...
