In het kort: Je gaat als Product Owner het Basis Componenten team aansturen, platformdiensten consolideren en migreren, versnippering en kosten reduceren en zorgen voor een geborgde overdracht naar de beheerorganisatie. Wie zijn wij Het Interprovinciaal Overleg (IPO) en BIJ12 vormen samen de Vereniging IPO. Dit is de plek waar provincies samenwerken aan grote landelijke thema’s. Denk aan natuur, faunabeheer, stikstof, landbouw, klimaat, bereikbaarheid en de energietransitie. Dat doen we met verstand van zaken, gevoel voor politiek en jawel, liefde voor de inhoud. Het team Als Product Owner/Project manager werk je binnen het centrale platformen team van BIJ12. Wat ga je doen Als Product Owner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van het Basis Componenten team. Dit team levert en beheert generieke platformdiensten die organisatiebreed worden ingezet, waaronder Multi-Factor Authenticatie (MFA), Power BI, Formulieren, DNS en Integratie en aanverwante technische platformvoorzieningen. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze diensten betrouwbaar, veilig en toekomstbestendig beschikbaar zijn, en dat de doorontwikkeling aansluit op de behoeften van de organisatie. Beoogd resultaat Dagelijkse aansturing van de product backlog van het Basis Componenten Team van BIJ12, met speciale focus op: - Het aantoonbaar reduceren van versnippering (minder overlappende tools/licenties) en het realiseren van een gekwantificeerde kostenbesparing. - Het bieden van actueel inzicht in status, risico’s en voortgang van lopende migratieprojecten, periodiek gerapporteerd aan de opdrachtgever. - Het zorgdragen voor een goede overdracht van beheer- en procesafspraken aan de staande organisatie (functioneel beheer), zodat continuïteit na afronding is geborgd. Je zorgt voor een goed onderbouwde en gedragen backlog en roadmap voor het Basis Componenten team. Je stuurt projectmatig op de migratie en consolidatie van platformdiensten, met aantoonbare reductie van versnippering en een gekwantificeerde kostenbe.
