Hier wordt alles in huis gehaald om Champions League te spelen binnen het tech domein, dus je stoomt in op een fantastisch moment. product owner crm Als Product Owner CRM is het jouw taak om onze online ambitie met Microsoft Dynamics verder uit te bouwen. Hierbij ben je eigenaar van de product backlog/roadmap, werk je nauw samen met stakeholders binnen diverse teams zoals Marketing, Sales, backoffice en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt naar onze web-development partij en andere externe leveranciers die ons helpen met implementatie/beheer van onze web en app omgeving. Hierbij ben je in staat onze business requirements te vertalen naar een concrete development roadmap. Jouw product visie is de key tot onze online toekomst! wat breng jij mee? - Ervaring in een rol als Product Owner CRM bij een commerciële organisatie - Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics is dat een must - Hands on mentaliteit en een aanpakker. - Inspiratie en leiderschap skills om technische teams en stakeholders mee te nemen in jouw visie op de klantreis - Ervaring in het prioriteren van de product back log, in lijn met de klantbehoeften en product strategie - Begrip over en van het grote plaatje. Je schakelt daardoor gemakkelijk met je collega's van design, marketing en sales en leveranciers - Je begrijpt technisch complexe zaken, en kan meedenken met developers. We verwachten echter minder dat je ook zelf met de technische oplossing komt. Maar je weet als geen ander jouw visie en klantwensen te vertal...
