In deze veelzijdige en rol combineer je de commerciële verantwoordelijkheid met de strategische productontwikkeling. Salaris: € 3.500,00 - € 4.000,00 per maand (Fulltime) Over de functie Als Product Manager "Happily" ben je dé drijvende kracht achter deze start-up. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het complete traject, waaronder het werven van nieuwe klanten en het opbouwen van duurzame relaties met alle betrokken partijen. Van de marktpositionering, de acquisitiegesprekken tot de daadwerkelijke implementatie en de continue doorontwikkeling van het product. Je begrijpt wat er commercieel nodig is, bent een strategische sparringpartner en vertaalt wensen naar een heldere productvisie die ons ontwikkelteam motiveert. Wat ga je doen? - Relaties: Je bent actief bezig met het werven van nieuwe klanten en partners. Je bouwt langdurige klant- en partnerrelaties op en fungeert als hun vaste strategische partner. - Onboarding: Je begeleidt klanten intensief bij het opzetten van hun app. Je brengt ondernemersdoelen scherp in kaart en blijft ook na de oplevering nauw betrokken om het product continu door te ontwikkelen. - Product: Je bewaakt de productstrategie, vertaalt klantwensen naar heldere functionaliteiten en prioriteert de roadmap voor het team. - Co-creatie & Bewaking: Je inspireert het team en werkt nauw samen met onze ontwikkelaars, designers en marketingteam om ideeën tot leven te wekken, terwijl je het overzicht houdt op budgetten, planning en kwaliteit.
