Wat neem je mee? Wat krijg je terug? Waar ga je werken? Wat ga je doen? Als Product Owner Data Delen speel je een leidende rol binnen het nieuwe Agile team CIM. Je bepaalt de productvisie, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt dat sectorale informatiebehoeften worden vertaald naar waardevolle dataproducten. Daarbij werk je ketenoverstijgend met business, IT, architectuur, data-eigenaren en externe stakeholders. Werkzaamheden: - Maximaliseren van de waarde die het team levert in lijn met de ambities van de organisatie en sector - Vertalen van sectorale informatiebehoeften naar een heldere backlog en bepalen van scope en prioriteiten - Afstemmen met business, architectuur, data-eigenaren, IT-teams en externe stakeholders - Borgen en uitlijnen van afhankelijkheden met andere teams binnen en buiten de keten - Organiseren van demo's en reviews en samenwerken aan verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van producten en werkwijze Een uitgebreider functieprofiel en meer achtergrondinformatie over de organisatie en afdeling is voorhanden. Wat neem je mee? - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Product Owner, inclusief het creëren van een productvisie en vertalen naar epics en features - Ervaring met datamodellen en dataproducten - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe materie snel eigen te maken - Uitstekende communicatieve en verbindende vaardigheden om businessbehoeften en IT-requirements met elkaar te verbinden - Een proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkwijze en het vermogen om een team te leiden en motiveren - Aantal uren: 32 - 40 uur per week - Duur: 12 maanden (optie tot verlenging mogelijk) - ...
