Iemand die begrijpt wat de business nodig heeft, dit kan vertalen naar concrete oplossingen voor ontwikkelaars en collega's enthousiast meeneemt in verandering. Wat ga je doen? Als Product Owner vorm je de dagelijkse verbindende schakel tussen de business, gebruikers, ontwikkelaars en externe IT-partners. Je haalt behoeften op binnen de organisatie, brengt structuur aan en vertaalt deze naar heldere prioriteiten, requirements en user stories. Je kijkt daarbij niet alleen naar wat technisch mogelijk is, maar vooral naar wat de organisatie en onze klanten daadwerkelijk nodig hebben. Je helpt collega's om nieuwe systemen en werkwijzen te begrijpen, te gebruiken en te omarmen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ophalen, analyseren en prioriteren van wensen vanuit de verschillende afdelingen; - Vertalen van bedrijfsprocessen en gebruikersbehoeften naar duidelijke requirements, user stories en acceptatiecriteria; - Beheren en prioriteren van de product backlog; - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van refinements, sprintreviews en acceptatietesten; - Afstemming met ontwikkelaars over functionaliteiten, afhankelijkheden en voortgang; - Uitleggen van technische mogelijkheden en keuzes in begrijpelijke taal aan collega's en stakeholders; - Bewaken dat opgeleverde oplossingen aansluiten bij de behoeften van gebruikers en de afgesproken kwaliteitscriteria; - Signaleren van...
