Product Owner Digitale werkplek - Autoriteit Consument en Markt (ACM) - Den Haag - 6 maanden - 36 uur | week - Deadline 12 October 2026, 10:00 uur Functie omschrijving De ACM is bezig om een nieuw werkplek te ontwikkelen en uit te rollen ter vervanging van de huidige digitale werkplek omgeving. Deze ontwikkeling heeft veel raakvlakken met andere ontwikkelingen binnen de ACM zoals de implementatie van een nieuw DMS en de implementatie van de wet Open op Orde. Daarnaast maakt de directie I-Domein de transitie naar een agile werkwijze. Wij zijn dan ook op zoek naar een ervaren Product Owner die: - Conform 'Integrale Roadmap Werkplek/DMS / Open op Orde sturing geeft aan het realiseren van een nieuwe digitale werkomgeving. - Product Owner is van de groep Digitale werkplek en inhoud geeft aan Backlog-management, Stakeholdermanagement Achtergrond van de opdracht De ACM is bezig om een nieuw werkplek te ontwikkelen en uit te rollen ter vervanging van de huidige digitale werkplek omgeving. Deze ontwikkeling heeft veel raakvlakken met andere ontwikkelingen binnen de ACM zoals de implementatie van een nieuw DMS en de implementatie van de wet Open op Orde. Daarnaast maakt de directie I-Domein de transitie naar een agile werkwijze. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde HBO opleiding - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van agile implementatie. Aantoonbaar door middel van voorbeelden in cv en/of motivatie. - PSPO I (Professional Scrum product Owner I) Wensen - Opleiding PSPO II - Ervaring met de ontwikkeling en implementatie van moderne werkplek concepten op basis van MicroSoft technologie. - Ervaring met agile transitie binnen overheidsorganisaties.
