Jij bent technisch ingesteld, nieuwsgierig en vindt het leuk om ideeën om te zetten in maakbare producten. Je werkt graag in SolidWorks en krijgt energie van het uitwerken van technische oplossingen die mooi, slim en functioneel zijn. Je houdt ervan om samen te werken met collega's van engineering, projectmanagement en de werkplaats, maar kunt ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor je eigen productgroep. Je hoeft nog niet alles te kunnen. Misschien ben je net afgestudeerd of heb je al wat ervaring opgedaan. Belangrijker is dat je leergierig bent, vragen durft te stellen en jezelf wilt ontwikkelen in een veelzijdige rol tussen engineering en projectmanagement. Je vindt het leuk om klantwensen te begrijpen, mee te denken over oplossingen en betrokken te zijn bij het hele traject: van ontwerp tot eindproduct. Wie zijn wij? Xquip (www.xquip.com) is een bouwer van carbon producten voor superjachten en tender boten. Wij ontwerpen en produceren unieke producten die zich onderscheiden door design en kwaliteit. We werken binnen een ultra luxe industrie, waarin de klant vraagt om unieke en hoogwaardige onderdelen die naadloos aansluiten op hun superjacht. Xquip werkt nauw samen met ons zusterbedrijf Xtenders. Hier worden luxe tender boten ontworpen en gebouwd. Daarnaast wordt er dagelijks samen gewerkt met gerenommeerde Nederlandse en internationale superjachtwerven. We werken intensief samen met klanten, leveranciers en productiebedrijven. Een goede samenwerking tussen onze ontwerpers, engineers en assemblage medewerkers maakt het mogelijk om uitdagende en vernieuwende producten te vervaardigen.
