Als product owner werk je in een multidisciplinair scrumteam. Samen ontwikkelen en beheren jullie bestaande en nieuwe applicaties. Je vertaalt wensen en behoeften van belanghebbenden naar een heldere productvisie en een goed gevulde backlog. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de teammanager en scrum master. Samen zorgen jullie voor duidelijke prioriteiten, een goede samenwerking en de verdere ontwikkeling van het team. Met jouw verbindende en communicatieve vaardigheden breng je verschillende belangen samen. Zo zorg je dat iedereen naar hetzelfde doel toe werkt. Daarnaast werk je binnen het Scrum team actief mee aan technische oplossingen. Zo werk je backlog items uit en voer je analyses uit. Je zorgt ervoor dat de kwaliteit van de software op het gewenste niveau is en dat alles goed blijft werken. Ook help je het team verder te ontwikkelen door eigenaarschap, continu verbeteren en onderlinge samenwerking te stimuleren. Met jouw visie op het product draag je bij aan onze missie.
