Wat ga je doen als Product Owner Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP? In deze rol geef jij richting aan de ontwikkeling van ons ERP platform. Jij bent samen met de functioneel beheerders de verbinding tussen business en IT. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de stabiliteit, verdere ontwikkeling en integratie van ons ERP platform waaronder Microsoft Dynamics ERP (kern) en Mecoms365. Je zorgt dat Dynamics 365 en Mecoms365 uitgroeien tot een effectieve, stabiele en toekomstbestendige basis voor onze organisatie. Je houdt het overzicht, brengt focus aan en maakt keuzes die je zorgvuldig afweegt wat dit betekent voor veiligheid, wet- en regelgeving, klantwaarde, risico's, innovatie en de impact op onze processen. Je creëert een omgeving waarin business, IT en gebruikers elkaar versterken. De functioneel beheerders spelen daarbij een belangrijke rol: zij vormen jouw ogen en oren in de dagelijkse operatie, zijn je sparringpartners en helpen je signalen, knelpunten en kansen scherp te krijgen. Samen zorgen jullie dat het platform niet alleen goed werkt, maar ook continu verbetert en waarde toevoegt. Je werkt nauw samen met alle stakeholders, zoals functioneel beheer, procesmanagement, portfolio management, informatievoorziening en leveranciers om processen te verbeteren, de gebruikerservaring te optimaliseren en digitale samenwerking te versterken en tot toekomstbestendige oplossingen te komen.
