In deze functie help je mee om nieuwe producten vlot in productie te krijgen. Je vormt de schakel tussen engineering, productie en kwaliteit.

Je zorgt ervoor dat collega's in productie duidelijk weten hoe een product gemaakt moet worden. Hiervoor maak je werkvoorschriften op, bereid je productiestappen voor en denk je mee na over verbeteringen.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Nieuwe producten helpen opstarten in productie
  • Werkvoorschriften en instructies opmaken
  • Productiestappen voorbereiden en verbeteren
  • Machineprogramma's helpen opmaken of aanpassen
  • Problemen in het productieproces mee analyseren
  • Overleggen met productie, engineering en kwaliteit
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere werkmethodes
  • Technische informatie duidelijk vertalen naar de werkvloer
  • Zorgen dat productie vlot, correct en kwalitatief kan verlopen
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond of sterke technische interesse
  • Je kan logisch en gestructureerd nadenken
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je kan technische informatie begrijpen en duidelijk uitleggen
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen
  • Je hebt interesse in productieprocessen en verbetering
  • Ervaring in productie, werkvoorbereiding, engineering of procesverbetering is een pluspunt
  • Schoolverlaters met een technische opleiding kunnen zeker ook in aanmerking komen, afhankelijk van hun achtergrond
  • Je kan vlot met een computer werken
  • Kennis van Engels is een pluspunt, zeker voor technische documentatie
