Je leest productinfo met een scherpe blik, stelt de juiste vragen aan specialisten en maakt zo elke tekst én klantreis elke dag een beetje beter. Wat doe je als Product Redacteur bij Coolblue? Als Product Redacteur schrijf je teksten waar klanten écht iets aan hebben. Denk aan productteksten en adviespagina's. Jij kent jouw producttypes van binnen en van buiten, dus ook wat er wel én niet in een tekst moet. Deze basis gebruik je voor alle vormen van content, zodat je overal het juiste advies aan onze klanten geeft. Je werkt nauw samen met je Category Team en schakelt met product journey managers, SEO-specialisten en contentspecialisten. Je checkt de laatste ontwikkelingen in de markt, duikt in de data en verbetert content waar nodig. Een tekst foutloos en helder krijgen? Laat dat maar aan jou over. - Schrijven van advies- en productteksten die klanten helpen om het juiste product te kiezen. - De belangrijkste specificaties uitpluizen en begrijpelijk maken voor iedereen, van tech-nerd tot leek. - SEO-proof teksten schrijven die zorgen voor betere vindbaarheid én meer conversie. - Retouren voorkomen door teksten te maken die verwachtingen duidelijk managen. - Schakelen met collega's uit je Category Team om samen de allerbeste content te maken. - Brainstormen tijdens de lunch, successen vieren met bitterballen en alles daartussen.
