Ben jij technisch sterk, werk je graag met cijfers en krijg je energie van het uitpluizen hoe een product precies is opgebouwd? Voor een groeiende KMO zijn we op zoek naar een Calculator & Technisch Co_rdinator.

Je komt terecht in een Belgische KMO waar technische ontwikkeling, productie en verkoop nauw met elkaar samenwerken.

Functieomschrijving

In deze functie combineer je technische kostprijsberekening met de opvolging van complexere technische vraagstukken.

Een belangrijk deel van jouw functie bestaat uit het berekenen en onderhouden van de kostprijzen van producten en onderdelen. Je brengt in kaart welke materialen nodig zijn, wat deze kosten en hoeveel werkuren nodig zijn voor de productie.

Je verzamelt hiervoor informatie bij verschillende collega's en verwerkt alles nauwkeurig en overzichtelijk in Excel. Wijzigen materiaalprijzen, onderdelen of productiemethodes? Dan zorg jij ervoor dat de kostprijsberekeningen correct worden aangepast.

Jouw berekeningen vormen de technische basis waarop collega's van sales en administratie verder kunnen bouwen om offertes voor klanten op te maken.

Naast calculatie ben je een technische schakel tussen sales, klanten en jouw technische collega's. Bij complexere garantiedossiers, klachten of technische vragen verdiep jij je in het dossier. Je brengt het probleem technisch in kaart, verzamelt de nodige informatie en helpt mee zoeken naar een correcte oplossing.

Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en interesses kan je ook betrokken worden bij andere interne projecten, zoals inventarisatie, technische productinformatie, ondersteuning van technisch tekenaars of verdere optimalisaties binnen het ERP-systeem. - Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht, opgebouwd door opleiding en/of relevante werkervaring. - Je begrijpt hoe technische producten zijn opgebouwd en werkt vlot met materialen, onderdelen en technische informatie. - Je bent analytisch ingesteld en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. - Je werkt graag met cijfers en vindt het interessant om technische gegevens en kostprijzen uit te pluizen. - Je kan vlot werken met Excel of bent bereid je hierin verder te verdiepen. - Je communiceert vlot met verschillende afdelingen en durft actief informatie op te vragen. - Je kan technische informatie duidelijk vertalen naar collega's die zelf minder technisch zijn. - Ervaring met calculatie of kostprijsberekening is een sterke troef, maar geen absolute vereiste.
