Vacancy number: V-20070668 - Venlo (area|) - Engineering - HBO - Secondment via YER The position Part of the Aftermarket and Customer Support organization is the Product Support team. Team members offer technical assistance to the dealers via the Customer Contact Management System (CCMS) and also provide on-site support. This role is challenging, dynamic, and highly rewarding. Product support professionals collaborate with various departments across the company, including engineering, quality, manufacturing, marketing, the branch organization, dealers, and customers. By gaining insights into all aspects of our business, individuals can discover other areas within the company that may lead to future career opportunities. Your Responsibilities: As a Product Support Engineer, you will provide product and customer support, primarily through the CCMS system for agricultural machinery related to Application Equipment. The issues addressed in this role can be complex and may include various functional areas, such as hydraulics and electronics. For example, many of these complex machine observations could initially be considered hydraulic or electrical in nature and can be related to one functional platform or another (i.e. GPS vs. Vehicle vs. Implement). In addition, you will: - Develop new technical solutions and provide product support to field teams, channel partners, and customers on complex problems. - Identify and communicate emerging issues or product findings based on field information using the documentation processes. - May create and deliver technical content training materials. - May travel to the field to collect failure data to provide problem definition on machine observations.
