Heb je een passie voor elektriciteit? Wil jij jouw kennis en ervaring met onze industriële klanten delen? Uitzoeken wat onze klanten willen en hen adviseren over onze producten? Dan ben jij misschien de persoon die wij zoeken om ons team te versterken!

Binnen ons filiaal te Wilrijk , onder verantwoordelijkheid van de Product Support Manager Industrie, sta jij in voor het behalen van de commerciële doelstelling van de cluster/regio door een correcte administratieve, commerciële en technische behandeling van de vragen van onze klanten.

Als Product Support Industrie (M/V/X) zal dit jouw missie zijn:

  • Je staat in nauw contact met onze klanten in de industriële markt, dit zowel per telefoon als per e-mail.
  • Je geeft technisch advies aan onze klanten over specifieke vragen binnen de tak industrie.
  • Je gebruikt jouw verkoopvaardigheden om nieuwe diensten, oplossingen en producten aan te bieden aan onze klanten. Hierbij zet je promoties extra in de kijker.
  • Je analyseert de behoeften van de klant en stelt passende oplossingen voor.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve, commerciële en technische opvolging van offertes en bestellingen.
  • Je ondersteunt de vertegenwoordigers in commerciële en technische taken.
  • Dankzij onze opleidingen blijf je op de hoogte van nieuwe producten en trends binnen de industriële markt.
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s uit alle afdelingen.

Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd (elektriciteit, elektromechanica, industriële wetenschappen,…) of je hebt hetzelfde niveau bereikt door jouw ervaring als elektricien. Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met industriële elektriciteit. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
