Onze organisatie Sekisui Alveo Roermond ontwikkelt, produceert en levert een groot aantal polyolefine foam producten aan onder andere de automotive-, medische en industriële sector in Europa. In Roermond werken we met ruim 350 medewerkers iedere dag om onze klanten de kwalitatief beste en meest innovatieve foam-producten te leveren. Dit doen we samen met onze zusterfabriek in Duitsland, de verkoopkantoren in Europa en het hoofdkantoor in Adligenswil (Zwitserland). Het sinds 1971 in Roermond gevestigde bedrijf maakt deel uit van de Japanse multinational Sekisui Chemical Co. Wereldwijd werken er meer dan 23.000 medewerkers. Je belangrijkste taken omvatten - Ontwerpen, optimaliseren en implementeren van efficiënte productieprocessen om kwaliteit en output te waarborgen. - Leiden en uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten en troubleshooting binnen de productieomgeving. - Ondersteunen bij productontwikkelingen in de vroege fases en het omzetten van nieuwe producten naar commerciële productie. - Opstellen en beheren van productiestandaarden (SAP & Hydra masterdata, BOM, routing, OCAP's, etc.) en toepassing van IATF core tools (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, APQP). - Uitvoeren van root cause analyses bij afwijkingen en implementeren van structurele verbeteringen. - Input leveren bij projecten voor nieuwe machines en machine-aanpassingen, inclusief opstellen van functionele specificaties en CAT-protocollen. - Ondersteunen van andere afdelingen met technologische input en bijdragen aan meerjarenplannen. - ...
