Als production administrator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratie van de toegewezen productiehal.

Je bent de administratieve spil van je afdeling binnen productie. Je werkplek bevindt zich in het productiekantoor, dicht bij de actie. Om je van en naar het kantoor te verplaatsen, moet je door onze productiehallen lopen, wat de nodige persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's) vereist, zoals veiligheidsschoenen, helm en gehoorbescherming. Het is dus verre van een standaard kantooromgeving, maar je ziet dagelijks onze indrukwekkende projecten.

Je directe collega's houden zich bezig met dagelijkse operationele, veiligheids- of kwaliteitsuitdagingen. Het doel van de functie is om deze collega's administratief te ondersteunen, wat zorgt voor een sterk afwisselend takenpakket. Daarnaast zijn er ook enkele terugkerende taken, waaronder:

  • Het inplannen en opvolgen van diverse opleidingen en het verwerken van certificaten.
  • Het opmaken van verschillende rapportages.
  • Het aan- en afmelden van personeel binnen de organisatie en in de vereiste systemen.
  • Het controleren van gewerkte projecturen en corrigeren van afwijkingen.
  • Het verwerken van verlofaanvragen en ondersteunen in personeelsplanning.
  • Het registreren van diverse gegevens in het ERP-systeem, zoals lasgegevens, rollend materieel, meerwerken, etc.
  • Het verzamelen van as-built dossiers.

  • Je hebt een hogere opleiding afgerond bij voorkeur in een administratieve richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een eerste administratieve werkervaring heb je al achter de rug, bij voorkeur in een productie omgeving.
  • Je kan zelf je werkvolgorde en tijdsindeling bepalen.
  • Je kan vlot omschakelen tussen verschillende geplande activiteiten, prioriteiten en last-minute wijzigingen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieskills.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Andere bijkomende talen zijn een mooie troef!
  • Je bezit goede PC-vaardigheden en kan vlot werken met MS Office en ERP-pakket.
  • Je hebt kennis van een tijdsregistratiesysteem.
