Ben jij vandaag atelierverantwoordelijke, werkplaatsverantwoordelijke of teamleader productie binnen de metaal- of houtsector en toe aan een stabiele, toekomstgerichte stap? Werk je graag in daguren, zonder overuren, en wil je verantwoordelijk zijn voor een volledige productieflow binnen een gezond en familiaal bedrijf? Voor zeer stabiele productieonderneming gespecialiseerd in kunststoffen, zoeken we een ervaren Productieverantwoordelijke die zowel maatwerkprojecten als seriematige productie in goede banen leidt.Zo ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor een vlotte, kwalitatieve en efficiënte productie. Je vormt de cruciale schakel tussen management, werkvloer en interne diensten en stuurt een team aan van ongeveer 30 medewerkers.

De productie bestaat uit:

Op maat gemaakte projecten

Productie van gebruiksgoederen op grotere schaal

Steeds met kunststoffen als basismateriaal

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Organiseren, plannen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het productieteam (+/- 30 medewerkers)
  • Bieden van technische ondersteuning en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles
  • Optimaliseren van productieprocessen en implementeren van verbeteracties
  • Analyseren van productiegegevens en rapporteren aan de directie
  • Oplossen van operationele problemen en bewaken van continuïteit, kwaliteit en rendement
  • Technische opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Ervaring als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving
  • Sterke match met profielen uit de metaalnijverheid of houtsector (atelierverantwoordelijke, werkplaatschef, productieleider, teamleader productie)
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en organiseert efficiënt
  • Hands-on, probleemoplossend en stressbestendig
  • Non-nonsense mentaliteit en sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Kennis van Lean, 5S of procesoptimalisatie is een plus
  • Resultaatgericht met oog voor mensen én kwaliteit
