The posting

Als betonproductiemedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken van kanaalplaatvloeren. Je werkt in een team met ongeveer tien andere collega’s en wordt aangestuurd door een productieleider. De werkzaamheden zijn gevarieerd en bestaan onder andere uit het voorbereiden van de mal, spannen van kabels, gieten van beton, trillen en afwerken van het oppervlak, uitharden van het beton, verwijderen van de mal, snijden van platen op maat en kwaliteitscontrole. Daarnaast voer je handmatig werk uit zoals het maken van gaten voor elektra.

De werkdag begint vroeg; de eerste dienst, de voorbereiding, start rond 4:00 uur. Andere starttijden zijn 7:30 en 8:30, afhankelijk van de planning. De sfeer in het team is gezellig en informeel, maar er wordt ook hard gewerkt om de productiedoelen te behalen.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor de functie van betonproductiemedewerker vragen wij het volgende:

- Affiniteit met de betonindustrie of ervaring in een vergelijkbare productiefunctie. - Bereidheid om in verschoven diensten te werken (starttijden om 4:00, 7:30 en 8:30). - Goede fysieke conditie en de bereidheid om handmatig werk te verrichten. - Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail bij het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden. - Teamspeler met een proactieve en flexibele instelling. - Woonachtig in de omgeving van Hoogezand of bereid om te reizen.
