Onze partner is een Belgische expert in het coaten en lamineren van textiel voor diverse industrieën. Zij bieden bescherming tegen water, vuur, chemicaliën, bloed, bacteriën & virussen.

Voor hun verdere groei te ondersteunen zijn wij op zoek naar een Productie Coördinator.

Als Productie Coördinator zal je werken in een roterend uurrooster. Je zal afwisselend werken in volgende uurrooster ( dag, vroegere- en latere dagrooster).

Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Samen met jouw twee collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele processen in de afdeling.
  • Een team van 40-tal operatoren valt onder jullie verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bewaakt het productieproces en zorgt voor een efficiënte productieplanning.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving en verbetering van werkinstructies en procedures.
  • Deelnemen aan teamoverleg samen met jouw collega's.
  • Je zorgt voor procesverbeteringen en draagt bij aan verbeterprojecten.
  • Rapporteren doe je aan de productie manager en je werkt nauw samen met de andere afdelingen.
  • Je hebt een bachelorsdiploma op zak, bij voorkeur in een technische of chemische richting.
  • Leidinggevende ervaring is een must.
  • Je krijgt snel inzicht in de verschillende processen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, met een basiskennis van Frans.
  • Outlook, Word en Excel kennen geen geheimen voor jou.
  • Je staat bekend om je hands – on mentaliteit en je proactieve aanpak.
  • Een positieve ingesteldheid, oplossingsgericht, nauwkeurig en resultaatgerichtheid kenmerken jou.
  • Met jouw people skills kun je operatoren coachen en de samenwerking met andere afdelingen bevorderen.
