Vanuit vestigingen in Lier en Aalter werkt een team van ruim 100 vakmensen met een modern machinepark van meer dan 90 machines aan uiterst precieze metaalonderdelen. De organisatie zet momenteel sterk in op digitalisering en een datagedreven productieomgeving om hun positie als betrouwbare toeleverancier verder te verstevigen. Word jij de brug tussen onze data en de productievloer? Als Productie Data Specialist speel je een sleutelrol in het verwerken, analyseren en structureren van alle bedrijfs- en productiedata. Dit is een splinternieuwe functie met heel wat groeikansen en mogelijkheden naar de toekomst toe. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie en werkt vanuit onze vaste uitvalsbasis in Aalter. Je hebt korte lijnen met het management en krijgt volop de ruimte om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. - Data-analyse & verwerking: Je verzamelt, structureert en verwerkt alle bedrijfsbrede data uit onze ERP- en productiesystemen en transformeert deze tot heldere, betrouwbare databanken en rapportages. - Inzichten & Rapportage: Je bouwt overzichtelijke dashboards en rapporten (bijv. via Power BI) die de directie en afdelingshoofden direct inzicht geven in efficiëntie, KPI's en procesverbeteringen. - Processen begrijpen & vertalen: Je verdiept je in onze industriële productie- en bedrijfsprocessen.
