The posting

Als productie- en aankoopmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van onze productieomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen, materialen en planning perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn en bewaakt de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van het volledige productieproces.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Het aansturen, coachen en opvolgen van een team van meer dan 60 medewerkers.
  • Het organiseren en coördineren van de verschillende productieafdelingen.
  • Het opmaken, opvolgen en bijsturen van de productieplanning.
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit, productiviteit en levertermijnen.
  • Het oplossen van operationele knelpunten en het nemen van doordachte beslissingen.
  • Het optimaliseren van werkprocessen en productie-efficiëntie.
  • Het creëren van een vlotte samenwerking tussen productie, magazijn en administratie.
  • Het voeren van overleg met ploegverantwoordelijken en andere interne stakeholders.
  • Het opvolgen van voorraadniveaus en het tijdig bestellen van grondstoffen en materialen.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers en het bewaken van levertermijnen.
  • Het werken met het ERP-systeem voor de opvolging van productie, voorraad en aankopen.
  • Het ondersteunen en begeleiden van collega's in het correct gebruik van het ERP-pakket.
  • Het toezien op orde, netheid en veiligheid binnen de productieomgeving.

Door jouw aanwezigheid op de werkvloer, duidelijke communicatie en gestructureerde aanpak zorg je ervoor dat onze productie dagelijks vlot draait en onze klanten kunnen rekenen op een kwalitatief eindproduct.

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt leidinggegeven aan minimaal 60 medewerkers.
  • Je neemt beslissingen en stuurt mensen duidelijk aan.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht over meerdere afdelingen tegelijk.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en volgt planningen nauwgezet op.
  • Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-pakket en kan collega’s hierin begeleiden.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; kennis van Frans, Engels en/of Duits is een pluspunt.
