Wil jij meebouwen aan een duurzamere toekomst? Voor een groeiend recyclagebedrijf in Pelt zoeken we een Productie- en Onderhoudssupervisor.

Binnen deze organisatie krijgt afval van gelamineerd glas een nieuw leven. De gerecycleerde grondstoffen worden verwerkt tot flakes, pellets en dispersies die opnieuw worden gebruikt in onder andere verf- en tapijtproductie. Je komt terecht in een compact en betrokken team van ongeveer twintig medewerkers, waar samenwerking, verantwoordelijkheid en duurzaamheid centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Productie- en Onderhoudssupervisor zorg je ervoor dat de productie veilig, vlot en efficiënt verloopt.

  • Je stuurt een team van 4 tot 7 medewerkers aan en maakt de dagelijkse werkverdeling.
  • Je volgt de productie op en stemt af met de productieplanner.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines correct worden bediend en de geplande output wordt behaald.
  • Je begeleidt medewerkers, helpt nieuwe collega’s op weg en organiseert opleidingen en toolboxen.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede communicatie tussen de verschillende ploegen.
  • Je volgt de kwaliteit en de procesinstellingen op en helpt verbeteringen uitwerken.
  • Je voert het dagelijks onderhoud aan de machines uit, zoals reinigen, smeren en kleine herstellingen.
  • Je controleert de producten en zorgt ervoor dat klantenorders correct worden afgehandeld.
  • Je waakt over veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt samen met de Technical Manager en schakelt hulp in wanneer dat nodig is.

We zoeken een ervaren en betrokken supervisor die graag tussen de mensen en de machines staat.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma in een technische richting, bijvoorbeeld elektrotechnieken, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare opleiding.
  • Een achtergrond of ervaring in de chemische sector is een mooie troef.
  • Je hebt minstens vier jaar ervaring als ploegbaas of leidinggevende binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers in een drieploegenstelsel is belangrijk.
  • Je bent sterk in organiseren en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt graag samen.
  • Je blijft rustig en doeltreffend wanneer de omstandigheden veranderen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een praktische ingesteldheid.
