Onze klant is een vooraanstaande wereldwijde leverancier van duurzame oplossingen voor verpakkingen, biomaterialen, houtconstructies en papier, en maakt deel uit van de bio-economie.

Jobomschrijving

Ons Productie-/Order Planning Team is verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de productieplanning en productiecycli. Het doel van de Productie- en orderplanner is een geoptimaliseerd end to end orderproces en operationele supply chain om de betrouwbaarheid en klanttevredenheid te verbeteren en de kosten te verlagen. Samen met het team zijn de belangrijkste taken de operationele planning en de orderafhandeling:

  • Operationele planning: het quotabeheerproces, het plannen van de productie en het plannen van de inventaris. Het MOP-team geeft input aan de Master Planning met betrekking tot machine-capaciteit en -quota en neemt dagelijks corrigerende maatregelen van gepland versus feitelijk volume. Ze controleren ook de fabrieksvoorraad (magazijncapaciteit) om het werkkapitaal onder controle te houden.
  • Je zal beide lijnen aanleren, en fungeren als vlinder. Dit betekent dat je zal ondersteunen bij de planning van beide lijnen en dat je die ook moet kunnen overnemen bij afwezigheid van 1 van de andere 2 planners.
  • Orderafhandelingsproces: Hulp aan onze Customer Service Centra (CSC’s) bij het bestellen Trimmen, sequentiëring en finetuning van de bestelling, samen met CSC's, Supply Chain-team en Dispatch Actief zoeken naar een klantoplossing in geval van spoedopdracht Opvolgen van, onder- en overproducties en informeren CSCInformatie over productievertragingen Streven naar een geharmoniseerde manier van werken in processen en operaties

Wie past binnen deze uitdaging?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor-diploma in een relevante studierichting, en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in productieplanning en/of supply chain-processen.
  • Je bent enthousiast, dynamisch, hands-on en resultaatgericht. Je weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen en volgt dossiers heel accuraat op.
  • Je werkt steeds procesmatig en systematisch. Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend denkvermogen, en hebt een proactieve werkattitude.
  • Je werkt graag en gemakkelijk binnen een team.
  • Je bent klantgericht. Dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels, weet je vlot in dialoog te gaan.
  • Je bent vlot weg met allerhande IT-systemen.
