Onze klant werd in 2008 opgericht en heeft als gezond en gestructureerd bedrijf Oudsbergen (B) als uitvalsbasis. De werksfeer intern is informeel. Dankzij hun innovatieve karakter en de voortdurende focus op kwaliteit zijn ze uitgegroeid tot een toonaangevende speler in de professionele sanitairwereld.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde productieverantwoordelijke met passie voor organiseren en plannen.

In deze sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het effectief en efficiënt plannen van productie, personeel en middelen in de eigen werkplaats. Ook de uitvoering van projecten bij de klant wordt door jou gepland.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgen voor het naleven van deadlines.
  • Je doorloopt hierbij alle administratieve stappen en voorziet elk project van de volledige en correcte informatie, gaande van uitvoering tot afsluiting van het dossier.
  • Monitoren van de voortgang van de productie/uitvoering en het identificeren van eventuele knelpunten of vertragingen.
  • Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van planningsprocessen en -systemen.

Profiel

  • Een eerste werkervaring in een plannings- en/of coördinatiefunctie of vergelijkbaar geniet de voorkeur.
  • Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt het vermogen om effectief te werken in een snel veranderende omgeving.
  • Je bent een teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, een proactieve houding en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met planningssoftware.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Kennis van de courantste Officepakketten.
  • Ten minste 2 jaar relevante werkervaring als planner.
  • Je woont in de regio Limburg.
