FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING: Als Productie-Engineer optimaliseer je het machinepark, automatiseer je processen en borg je de technische kennis binnen het team. Je werkt samen met engineering, werkvoorbereiding, operators en het management. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Onderzoeken, initiëren en implementeren van verbeteringen op het gebied van automatisering, robotisering en digitalisering - Optimaliseren van machine-aansturing, procesparameters en de doorlooptijd van het productieproces - Beoordelen van investeringen in machines, robots, mallen en software en leiden van deze projecten - Overdragen van technische kennis aan collega's door middel van praktische werkinstructies - Organiseren en borgen van dagelijks autonoom, preventief en correctief onderhoud - Signaleren en onderbouwen van kostenbesparingen rondom machines en energie OVER HET BEDRIJF: Onze opdrachtgever is een gespecialiseerd productiebedrijf binnen de metaalbewerking en plaatbewerking dat samengestelde metalen producten ontwikkelt en produceert uit stalen buis, plaat en profielen. Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Gilze en werkt met ongeveer 50 collega's aan high-mix, low-volume producties in moderne omstandigheden. De werkomgeving kenmerkt zich door een breed en modern machinepark en een sterke focus op automatisering, robotisering en digitalisering.
