Als Productie Engineer 3D printen hou je je bezig met productievoorbereiding, kwaliteitsborging en efficiency. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor analyse van output, testresultaten en voorstellen ter verbetering van het proces van 3D printen van metalen producten. Jouw werkzaamheden als Productie Engineer 3D printen bestaan onder andere uit: - Machine files aanmaken voor productie volgens tekening, klantinstructies en interne procedures en (werk)instructies. - Optimaliseren van de build cycles en bewaken van de kwaliteit. - Administratie werkvoorbereiding en afhandeling testresultaten. - Eventuele storingen aan machines oplossen en backup voor machinebediening. - Ontwikkelingen volgen in de markt op vlak van (3D) technologie. - Maakbaarheid van producten onderzoeken en verbeteren. - Affiniteit met 3D printen, ervaring is mooi meegenomen. - Aantal jaren werkervaring in een productie omgeving als bijvoorbeeld manufacturing engineer, productie engineer, product engineer of werkvoorbereider. - MBO+ / HBO niveau met specialisatie werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica of elektrotechniek. - Kwaliteitsgericht. - Neemt initiatief, je denkt mee om onze producten en werkwijze te blijven optimaliseren. (Wij bieden je zeker deze ruimte.)) - Beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
