Als Productie Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van processen, het oplossen van technische problemen en het waarborgen van de productkwaliteit. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productie soepel verloopt en denkt mee over innovatieve oplossingen voor efficiëntie en technologie. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever in de hightech industrie ga je aan de slag als Productie Engineer. Jij analyseert de productieprocessen en zoekt naar manieren om deze te optimaliseren, bijvoorbeeld door doorlooptijden te verkorten of verspilling te verminderen. Het oplossen van technische storingen en het bewaken van de productkwaliteit door middel van inspecties en kwaliteitsmetingen behoort ook tot je taken. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de productiemachines goed onderhouden en gekalibreerd blijven, zodat ze optimaal functioneren. Je plant de productie, bepaalt hoeveelheden en stemt de benodigde middelen af, zoals machines en personeel. Je implementeert nieuwe technologieën en innovaties om de efficiëntie te verbeteren en denkt proactief mee over procesverbeteringen. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden van technische documentatie en rapporteer je productieprestaties aan het management. Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen, zoals R&D, logistiek en inkoop, om de productie soepel te laten verlopen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Analyseren van productieprocessen om verbeteringen door te voeren en efficiëntie te verhogen; - Oplossen van technische storingen en zorgen voor snelle herstelacties tijdens de productie; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsmetingen en inspecties om de productkwaliteit te waarborgen...
