Met jouw scherpe blik en pragmatische aanpak maak je de MKB-maakindustrie in Gilze klaar voor de toekomst. Hieronder lees je alles over de functie, de organisatie en ons aanbod. Beschrijving Bij onze opdrachtgever kom je te werken in een omgeving waar je de ruimte krijgt om een modern machinepark optimaal te benutten en je stempel te drukken op het productieproces. Je werkt samen met collega's die trots zijn op hun vak en die samen bouwen aan structurele vooruitgang op de vloer. - Je onderzoekt, initieert en implementeert verbeteringen op het gebied van automatisering, robotisering en digitalisering op de fabrieksvloer. - Je verbetert de aansturing van het machinepark, van CAD/CAM en offline programmeren tot de juiste procesparameters. - Je deelt je technische kennis actief met operators en borgt dat nieuwe werkwijzen goed worden overgenomen. - Je adviseert over investeringen in slimme machines, robots en software en leidt de projecten waarin deze worden gerealiseerd. - Je pakt autonoom onderhoud, storingspreventie en kostenbesparingen op en toetst continu de kwaliteit, output en doorlooptijd in deze high-mix, low-volume omgeving. Over de opdrachtgever Je gaat aan de slag bij een nuchter MKB-productiebedrijf in Gilze met ongeveer 50 medewerkers. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in de bewerking van stalen buizen, platen en profielen voor diverse sectoren.Het gehele productieproces vindt plaats onder één dak: van lasersnijden en buisbewerking tot robotlassen en poedercoaten.
