Noël Franklin zoekt een Productie Ingenieur voor een vooruitstrevend bedrijf in de metaalsector regio Kortrijk! Naast een loonpakket tussen de €3400 en en €4200 zijn hier ook glijdende werkuren van toepassing. Wil je graag de combinatie van bureauwerk en op de vloer aanwezig zijn? Dit is je kans!

De functie inhoud Als Productie Ingenieur ben je voor volgende taken verantwoordelijk:

  • Als rechterhand van de productiemanager leer je al de processen kennen door vaak aanwezig te zijn op de werkvloer.
  • De technieken van het snijden, ponsen, plooien, lassen en algemene metaalbewerking hebben na een opleiding geen geheimen meer voor jou.
  • Het aansturen en ondersteunen van operatoren en arbeiders behoort ook tot jouw takenpakket. Je brengt hen theoretische kennis en betere werkmethodes bij, maar anderzijds leer jij ook elke dag bij van hen.
  • Na een opleiding kan je zonder problemen de laser-ponsmachines, CNC plooibanken en andere kleine machines programmeren.
  • Optimalisaties doorvoeren voor een betere output om zo de machines 24/7 te doen draaien zijn ook deel van jouw uitdaging.
  • Zowel het preventief als curatief onderhoud uitvoeren als assisteren neem jij voor je rekening.
  • Naast de processen bewaak je ook de kwaliteit en voer je controles uit op de afgewerkte onderdelen.
  • Enorm veel know-how en expertise opbouwen “in the field” en tussen de mensen is jouw doel! Zo laat je het bedrijf groeien op het vlak van kwaliteit, technische kennis en rendement.

Onze klant Onze klant is een gespecialiseerd toeleveringsbedrijf in de metaalsector met verschillende vestigingen. Recent zijn zij ook actief binnen de 3D metal printing. Ze staan bekend om hun sterke kennis op het vlak van engineering en van productie van prototypes tot middelgrote series. Door hun hoogtechnologisch machinepark hebben ze een toegevoegde waarde in complexe opdrachten. Het ideale profiel voor de Productie Ingenieur beschikt over volgende kwalificaties:

  • Je bezit een hoger technisch diploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Affiniteit voor metaalbewerking en techniek is een must.
  • Je gaat telkens efficiënt en rendementsbewust te werk en ziet dit ook als een prioriteit.
  • Jouw oog voor kwaliteit laat je nooit in de steek.
  • Reeds opgedane kennis in het plaatwerk is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Franse kennis is mooi meegenomen.
