Jouw takenpakket als Production Engineer bestaat uit:

  • Het van a tot z beheren van uiteenlopende optimalisatieprojecten binnen de fabriek.
  • Het aansturen van uiteenlopende initiatieven: van het verfijnen van bestaande productielijnen tot de selectie en uitrol van omvangrijke, kapitaalintensieve installaties.
  • Het fungeren als de spilfiguur die zowel interne als externe belanghebbenden op alle niveaus op de hoogte houdt van de projectvoortgang.
  • Het uitdragen en vertegenwoordigen van de projectresultaten en de visie van de afdeling, zowel binnen de bedrijfsmuren als daarbuiten.

Profiel

Als Production Engineer herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting (bijvoorbeeld Elektromechanica, Mechanica of Automotive).
  • Je hebt 1 tot 2 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de staalverwerkende sector.
  • Je combineert een no-nonsense, hands-on aanpak met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Engels.
  • Je hebt een gegronde basis in Lean Manufacturing en Six Sigma; affiniteit met of kennis van verspaning is een duidelijke troef.
