Onze klant is een innovatieve onderneming die zich specialiseert in de ontwikkeling en productie van geavanceerde gemotoriseerde hangsystemen, takels voor personenvervoer en permanente onderhoudsinstallaties. Deze toepassingen zijn bedoeld voor gevelonderhoud en industriële toepassingen waarbij het werken op hoogte vereist is.

Met een dochteronderneming in de Verenigde Staten legt het bedrijf de nadruk op kwaliteit, veiligheid en teamwork.

Functie omschrijving In de rol van Production Engineer ben jij een cruciale schakel binnen het productieproces. Je werkt nauw samen met de productie- en kwaliteitsafdelingen om een vlotte communicatie en efficiënte processen te waarborgen. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het beheer van het ERP-systeem, de productieplanning en het onderhouden van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. Daarnaast werk je samen met verschillende interne teams en heb je een hands-on benadering om productieprocessen te optimaliseren.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • ERP-systeembeheer: Je beheert het ERP-systeem, onderhoudt productiestuklijsten en bijbehorende artikelen.
  • Productieorders en planning: Je genereert productieorders vanuit het ERP-systeem en zorgt voor de planning van nieuwe verkooporders.
  • Werkvoorbereiding en administratie: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling van productieorders en de werkvoorbereiding.
  • Productieplanning: Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse productieplanning en houdt hierbij rekening met de capaciteit en de leveringstermijnen.
  • Voorraadbeheer: Je organiseert periodieke controles en beheert de voorraad op de werkvloer.
  • Keuringen en audits: Je coördineert keuringen van machines en veiligheidsmaterialen en bereidt interne en externe audits voor, waaronder die van klanten en keuringsinstanties.
  • Rapportages: Je stelt rapporten op voor klanten, zoals meet- en inspectierapporten, PFMEA-analyses en PPAP-documenten.
  • Kwaliteitsmanagement: Je ondersteunt het onderhoud en de uitbreiding van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem (QMS), implementeert continue verbeteringen en werkt samen met de stuurgroep.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je coördineert de inkomende kwaliteitscontrole tussen productie en aankoop en zorgt voor de juiste documentatie.
  • Onderhoud: Je draagt bij aan het onderhoud van het machinepark en de bedrijfsgebouwen.

Profiel:

  • Je hebt een Bachelor of Master in Elektronica, Elektromechanica of Industrieel Productontwerpenen minimaal 1 à 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een nauwkeurige werkhouding en benadert problemen oplossingsgericht en analytisch.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een vereiste.
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels. Nederlands is een must!
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en werkt gestructureerd en georganiseerd.
  • Je voelt je goed in een dynamische KMO-omgeving waar je zelfstandig kunt werken en actief kunt bijdragen met jouw ideeën.
