Onze klant, gevestigd in regio Brugge, is namelijk op zoek naar een Productie Ingenieur om hun technische projecten in goede banen te leiden. Deze hoogtechnologische speler maakt deel uit van een internationale groep, maar startte als een op en top West-Vlaams familiebedrijf. Door hun decennia aan ervaring, samen met hun internationale draagkracht, zijn ze dan ook een gerenommeerde naam binnen hun industrie!

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je neemt de leiding over technische projecten binnen productie en logistiek en bent daarbij verantwoordelijk voor de projectopvolging van A-Z
  • Daarnaast optimaliseer en automatiseer je de bestaande productieprocessen
  • Verder voorzie je verbeteringsvoorstellen en waarborg je de kwaliteit, productiviteit, veiligheid en processtabiliteit
  • Hierbij pas je waar mogelijk teamgebonden continuous improvement technieken toe
  • Ook procesoptimalisatie, door up-to-date te blijven van de nieuwste machines en technieken, behoort tot jouw takenpakket
  • Je verleent in jouw rol als Productie Ingenieur ook technische ondersteuning en training aan operatoren, andere afdelingen, leveranciers, klanten...
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Masterdiploma in de richting Elektromechanica
  • Metaalbewerking en verspaning zijn 2 van jouw grote passies
  • Jouw grote troef is jouw ervaring met Lean en/of andere continuous improvement technieken (Kaizen, SMED, PFMEA)
  • Bovendien ben je een analytische problemsolver en een communicatieve teamplayer
