Functie als productie- & kwaliteitsingenieur

Wil jij het verschil maken tussen een sterk ontwerp en een perfect geproduceerd eindproduct? We zoeken een productie- & kwaliteitsingenieur binnen verlichting die nieuwe en bestaande producten mee vertaalt van idee naar maakbare, kwalitatieve en rendabele oplossingen.

Je wordt een sleutelfiguur tussen ontwerp, productie en kwaliteit, en speelt een belangrijke rol in het verder professionaliseren van onze werking.

Deze functie combineert engineering, productie-aansturing en kwaliteitsbewaking. Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerders, R&D en het atelier.

Wat je doet als productie- & kwaliteitsingenieur

1. Engineering & industrialisatie (±30%)

  • Nieuwe en bestaande producten technisch productieklaar maken
  • Meewerken aan prototypes in samenwerking met het atelier
  • Vertalen van ontwerpen naar maakbare oplossingen (materialen, assemblage, toleranties)
  • Opmaken van technische fiches, werkinstructies en productpaspoorten (EDP)

2. Kostprijs & materiaalbeheer (±30%)

  • Opmaken en beheren van BOM’s (Bill of Materials)
  • Kostprijsberekeningen voor nieuwe producten en optimalisaties
  • Meedenken over make-or-buy, alternatieve materialen en kostenreductie
  • Technische afstemming met leveranciers en aankoop van materialen

3. Productie & kwaliteit (±30%)

  • Aansturen van het atelier (±20 medewerkers via 6 meewerkende teamverantwoordelijken)
  • Bewaken en verbeteren van kwaliteit, processen en efficiëntie
  • Signaleren en oplossen van productie- en kwaliteitsproblemen
  • Continu bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen op de werkvloer

4. Afwisseling buiten het atelier (±10%)

  • Sporadisch bezoeken van leveranciers, beurzen of werven
  • Technische ondersteuning bij specifieke projecten

Jouw profiel als productie- & kwaliteitsingenieur

Je bent een pragmatische ingenieur die zich goed voelt in een productieomgeving en graag samenwerkt met mensen.

Je herkent jezelf hierin:

  • Bachelor of master (industrieel ingenieur) elektromechanica, elektriciteit of gelijkaardig
  • 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in een productie- of technische omgeving
  • Affiniteit met verlichting, design en interieur
  • Technisch inzicht in elektriciteit (residentieel) en elektromechanica
  • Kennis van materialen zoals inox, messing en glas
  • Ervaring met CAD-tools (Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks of gelijkaardig)
  • Natuurlijke, mensgerichte leiderschapsstijl
  • Vlot Nederlands (vereist), goede kennis Engels (Frans of Duits is een plus)
