Vacaturebeschrijving Als Productiemedewerker of Logistiekmedewerker in Koudekerk aan den Rijn werk je mee aan de productie en logistiek van prefab betonelementen. Je werkt met moderne machines en materieel en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een veilig en efficiënt productieproces. Je krijgt de kans om vanaf de start mee te bouwen aan een nieuwe, hypermoderne fabriek. Over het bedrijfJe gaat aan de slag bij een productiebedrijf in Koudekerk aan den Rijn. Hier worden betonnen vloeren gemaakt voor woningen en bedrijfspanden. Er wordt gewerkt met moderne machines en veel aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je krijgt de tijd om het werk goed te leren en collega's helpen elkaar waar nodig. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de productie. Wat ga je doen?Als Productiemedewerker: - Bedienen en bewaken van productieapparatuur - Controleren van het productieproces en de kwaliteit - Signaleren van afwijkingen en hierop actie ondernemen - Samenwerken met productie, technische dienst en kwaliteit - Zorgen voor een veilige en nette werkplek

Als Logistiekmedewerker: - Laden en lossen van prefab betonelementen - Bedienen van heftruck, shovel en verschillende kranen - Veilig en efficiënt verplaatsen van betonelementen - Zorgen voor een opgeruimd en georganiseerd tasveld

Wat krijg je er voor terug?- € 2.800 - € 3.300 bruto per maand, exclusief ploegentoeslag - Ploegentoeslag bij 2- of 3-ploegendienst - 25 vakantiedagen en 12 ADV-dagen - 8% vakantiegeld - 3,5% eindejaarsuitkering - € 0,23 per kilometer reiskostenvergoeding - Opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden - Mogelijkheid om certificaten en/of een hijsbewijs te behalen - Werken in een moderne en innovatieve productieomgeving - Een open, informele en collegiale werksfeer
