· Dagelijkse aansturing van een team van 10 tot 15 medewerkers;

· Actieve aanwezigheid op de werkvloer om te begeleiden, ondersteunen en bij te sturen;

· Instaan voor productieplanning, werkverdeling, hygiëne en productkwaliteit;

· Oog houden op veiligheid, netheid en efficiënt gebruik van mensen en middelen;

· Analyse en optimalisatie van productieprocessen;

· Administratieve opvolging: tracering, aankoopaanvragen, recepties, stockbeheer;

· Samenwerken met de directie aan structurele verbeterprojecten.

Wij zoeken een meewerkend productiechef die de operationele leiding van onze productie op zich neemt. Je staat letterlijk én figuurlijk tussen je mensen. Je motiveert, stuurt aan, grijpt in waar nodig, en werkt vlot samen met de administratie en directie. Je krijgt een veelzijdige en verantwoordelijke functie met veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng.

Jouw profiel

· Je beschikt over ervaring als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in voeding verwerkend bedrijf, ervaring in de vleesindustrie is een troef;

· Je hebt een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin, bent flexibel en organisatorisch sterk;

· Je staat stevig in je schoenen en durft duidelijke instructies geven;

· Je werkt mee op de vloer, toont het goede voorbeeld en hebt natuurlijk gezag;

· Je bent communicatief sterk en gebruikt graag jouw kennis van het Nederlands en Frans elke dag ;

· Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en denkt mee op lange termijn ;

Dankzij je brede betrokkenheid bij de organisatie, slaag je erin om samen met de bedrijfsleiding te werken aan een efficiënte en duurzame werkomgeving.
