Als no-nonsense Productie Manager ben je hier geen nummertje: jouw beslissingen sturen direct het succes van de organisatie. Met korte communicatielijnen en ruimte voor eigen inbreng krijg je alle vrijheid om de werking op de vloer scherp te stellen en naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Operationele leiding: Je bent aanwezig op de vloer om knelpunten meteen op te lossen en stuurt de teamcaptains aan. Samen met een team van zo'n 60 werknemers bouw je aan een hechte samenwerkingscultuur.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je analyseert logistieke stromen en magazijnprocessen. Door de inzet van Lean-methodieken en ERP-systemen werk je verspilling weg en verhoog je het rendement.
  • Kwaliteit & KPI's: Je monitort prestatie-indicatoren rond output, levertijden en productkwaliteit nauwgezet en stuurt bij op basis van harde data.
  • Onderhoud & Afstemming: Je zorgt samen met de technische afdeling voor een optimaal renderend machinepark en preventief onderhoud.
  • Samenwerking: Je schakelt continu met R&D, Logistiek en HR en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Manager.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een technisch gericht Bachelor- of Masterdiploma en bent óf al een ervaren Productie Manager, óf een ambitieuze young potential met een relevant diploma en een eerste geslaagde ervaring op zak.
  • Je bent een toegankelijke, kordate people manager die kalmte bewaart bij drukte en teams weet te enthousiasmeren.
  • Je combineert een analytische, datagestuurde aanpak met grondige kennis van ERP-systemen (kennis van MS Dynamics 365 of een WMS is een sterke plus).
  • Je werkt graag zichtbaar op de vloer en bent een echte aanpakker.
