In deze rol stuur je een productieorganisatie van circa 40 medewerkers aan binnen een internationale maakomgeving. Je krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende processen, van lasersnijden en kanten tot lassen, constructie en assemblage. Met jouw kennis van de werkvloer zorg je voor een veilige, efficiënte productie en verbeter je kwaliteit, rendement en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Als Productie Manager zorg jij dat mensen, machines, materialen en planning optimaal op elkaar aansluiten. - Aansturen van de volledige productieorganisatie van circa 40 medewerkers en coachen van team- en ploegleiders. - Bewaken van de voortgang van orders door de verschillende productieafdelingen. - Afstemmen van productiecapaciteit, machinebezetting, materiaalbeschikbaarheid en personeelsplanning. - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten en initiëren van verbeterprojecten gericht op rendement, kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid. - Versterken van de samenwerking tussen productie, logistiek, werkvoorbereiding en engineering en bewaken van veiligheid en productiviteit.
